Which biometric terminals are compatible?
Presencia works with Anviz terminals and other brands that support TCP/IP communication. Contact us if you have a specific model.
Can employees clock in from their phone?
Yes. The employee portal works on any device. You can enable or disable mobile clock-in per location, and optionally require GPS verification to prevent remote punching.
Does it comply with labor time recording laws?
Yes. Presencia generates tamper-proof time records that comply with Spanish labor law (RD-ley 8/2019) and similar EU regulations. Records can be exported in the required formats for labor inspections.
How does leave management work?
Employees request leave from the portal, managers approve or reject with one click. The system tracks vacation days, sick leave, and custom leave types. Balances update automatically.
Can I manage multiple offices?
Absolutely. Each location can have its own schedules, terminals, and rules. Managers see their locations, while admins get a global overview of the entire organization.
